Administrative Associate for General Operations

Reports to: Directly reports to General Services Officer

Job description: The Administrative Associate for General Operations is in charge of administrative and clerical services needed for the effective and efficient Administrative processes, programs, and procedures. 

Specific tasks:
• Attends to various inquiries on behalf of the Administrative functions and services.
• Receives incoming calls
• Files records, documents, and relevant materials of the unit.
• Records inbound and outbound requests
• Attends to office supplies inventory
• Supports the administrative team in achieving unit goals.
• Other duties that may be assigned to him/her by the immediate superior.

National Coordinator, National Commission for Education in the Emergencies (EIE)

Employment Classification and Rank: Permanent/Lead Level
Reports to: Director, Lasallian Mission Services Unit

Job description:  Manages and controls all programs and concerns related to Education in Emergency of the De La Salle Philippines and the District.

Specific tasks:
• Create a Volunteer Program for the Lasallian East Asia District
• Create an Education Program that will address the needs of student stakeholders in emergency situations (e.g. refugees, areas of conflict, victims of violence, street children)
• Oversee all aspects of the education in emergency initiatives of the De La Salle Philippines and the District.
• Identify possible areas that need assistance.
• Propose impactful interventions based on the needs of the conflict or disaster-stricken community.
• Ensure proper preparations are made, the good quality of the intervention is maintained, and that the local community is engaged in all stages of the education response.

Job Qualifications:
• Education:  Master’s Degree Holder - Master’s degree holder in relevant field/Educational Leadership and Management; in lieu of Master’s degree, must have at least 5 years of management experience.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills;
• With unquestionable integrity and have a dependable personality
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details

Internal Auditor

Employment Classification and Rank: Permanent/Officer Level
Reports to: Director, Quality Management & Audit Services (QMAS)

Job description:  The Internal Auditor supports and implements the Audit and Total Quality Management activities of the unit for Luzon and Mindanao. Does other tasks which may be assigned.

Specific tasks:
• Supports and implements the MCS (Modern Conduct of School) Development Commission program
• Act as Field Auditor for Luzon and Mindanao

Job Qualifications:
• Education: at least a Bachelor’s degree holder in Accountancy; a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and with experience in Audit.
• Fluent in English communication skills both in written and verbal communications.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (3 slots)


Job description:  The EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT provides a wide-range of administrative, technical, and logistic support to the President’s official functions which may include various executive concerns for internal and external programs and projects.

FINANCIAL ANALYST

Overall: Financial analysis background (at least two years experience). Preferably a CPA.

Skill set:
• Experience in preparing reports for top management and Board of Directors.
• Highly familiar with accounting cycle to be able to work closely with Comptroller.
• Significant experience in annual budgeting. Will coordinate closely with numerous budgeting units in order to prepare consolidated budget.
• Strong in financial statement analysis and discounted cash flow analysis.
• Able to maintain rolling cash flow forecasts on periodic bases (weekly, monthly)
• Familiarity with ERP's a plus
• Superior Excel skills and strong business report writing skills.
